Description
The procurement is to establish a panel of service providers to deliver National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) Independent Design Review services. The appointed reviewers will assess proposed building designs and models to inform designers and developers about likely upfront embodied carbon and associated risks, and may demonstrate that buildings are suitable for a NABERS Commitment Agreement or can realistically achieve a specified rating.
