The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is seeking tenders for Diesel Generator Maintenance Services across regional Victoria. The objective is to engage vendors to perform routine and ad hoc maintenance on fixed generators at selected regional sites. All contracted services must align with best industry practices and full statutory and standard compliance. Tenderers are expected to provide all specified goods and services while working collaboratively with DEECA to seek continuous improvements in service quality, value, and productivity.

Stated requirements

• Perform routine and ad hoc maintenance of fixed generators at selected regional sites.
• Align all services with best industry practices.
• Comply with Australian Standard AS4594 (including all parts and updates), applicable codes, statutory obligations, and Federal and State laws.
• Demonstrate a commitment and ability to work collaboratively with the Department to continuously seek improvements in value, efficiency, and productivity.
• Work with the Department to identify opportunities for improvement in the quality and level of service provided.
• Be capable of providing all of the Goods and/or Services and complying in full with the conditions set out in the RFT.
