Tender Details : The Department of Primary Industries, Queensland Boating and Fisheries Patrol (QBFP) seeks to commission a new 6.5 to 7 metre aluminium fisheries patrol vessel and offroad capable trailer to operate effectively in Queensland’s Gulf of Carpentaria waters. This vessel will be used for long range patrols operating in both shallow coastal foreshores and offshore waters between Kowanyama and the NT border including the Wellesley Island group. The new vessel is expected to deliver a service life of 10 years, offering robust, efficient, and reliable operations with enhanced seakeeping capabilities, ease of operation, and maintenance.
