Tender Details : Redland City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Design and Construct delivery of the Birkdale Community Precinct (BCP) Enabling Works and Lagoon Precinct. Respondents may submit an EOI for one or both project components. Enabling Works generally comprise: Bulk earthworks and site preparation works. Internal roads and associated pavement construction. Site entry intersection and roundabout works. Car parks and bus laydown facilities. Stormwater drainage, wetlands, bioretention and water quality infrastructure. Water, sewer, fire and utility infrastructure. Electrical, communications and high voltage reticulation infrastructure. Shared pathways and pedestrian infrastructure. Landscaping, rectification, signage and wayfinding. Management of project interfaces and construction staging requirements.
