Periodic Air conditioning maintenance for Group 4 Mechanical contract.Works to include but not limited to:The effective general routine maintenance of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades. The call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.
