This Request for Tender is issued by CSIRO to establish a Labware and Chemicals Panel. The procurement covers laboratory and scientific equipment under a panel arrangement. Stated requirements

• Supply of 41100000 - Laboratory and scientific equipment
• Delivery of goods and services throughout the Panel Term across ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, QLD, NT, and TAS
• Compliance with all Mandatory Requirements identified in the Attachment A - SOR (Statement of Requirements)

Eligibility

• The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the RFT Closing Time and Date
• At the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work
• At the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim)
• Where the Tenderer is a Relevant Employer, the Tenderer must be compliant with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act)
• The Tenderer must comply with all Mandatory Requirements identified in the Attachment A - SOR (Statement of Requirements)
• The Tenderer is required to hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type and for the entity type of any first-tier subcontractor proposed to deliver goods or services for contracts with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive)
