Tender Details : Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced engineering services consultants to undertake the planning, investigation, assessment and design services required to progress Council’s wastewater infrastructure projects at Murray Downs, Moama and Barham. The services will generally comprise: Murray Downs WWTP Upgrade – undertake an objective assessment of feasible long-term wastewater servicing options, including upgrade of the existing Murray Downs WWTP and transfer of wastewater to the Swan Hill WWTP, identify and recommend the preferred servicing solution, and progress the preferred solution through concept design, detailed design, statutory approvals and preparation of construction-ready tender documentation.
