Brighton Pavilion - De-fit Works

Tender Details : Bayside Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to de-fit the former Le Sands restaurant located on the ground floor of Brighton Pavilion at 95 The Grand Parade, Brighton-Le-Sands NSW. These works are necessary to address compliance risks, asset condition issues and functional requirements for the premises to be suitable for re-leasing. Further information regarding the project background, existing conditions and description of the works is included within Appendix A - Scope of Works.
