Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking to procure a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service. The EAP service is intended to support the mental health of employees and their immediate family members. The scope includes confidential short-term counselling, manager support and consultation, critical incident response, specialist support services, wellbeing education, reporting, and dedicated account management. The contract will cover a diverse workforce of approximately 1,500 employees across metropolitan and regional Victoria, as well as interstate locations. Service delivery must be accessible via face-to-face, telephone, and virtual channels, with 24/7 access to crisis support.
