The Library Board of Victoria is seeking an Audio-Visual Partner to manage the sales and delivery of Audio Visual (AV) services for onsite events. The supplier will utilise the Library's existing fixed venue AV inventory and provide additional technical equipment and expertise as needed. The scope includes delivering AV improvements through capital investment where required across commercial events, library programs, and partnership events. The AV Partner must also work closely with the Library and its event partner, attending planning, operational, and contract management meetings.

Stated requirements

• Provide sales and delivery of Audio Visual (AV) for onsite events, including commercial events, library programs, and partnership events
• Utilise the Library's existing AV inventory fixed in venues
• Provide audio visual improvements via capital investment where required
• Supply additional technical equipment and expertise as onsite events require
• Work closely with the Library and its event partner in the sales, support, and delivery of AV services for internal and external events
• Attend event operational meetings, Library planning, and contract management meetings

Eligibility

• Mandatory attendance at a site visit and briefing session (either on 7 September 2026 or 9 September 2026) as a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid
