About the document pack check
The document pack check answers one question: does a set of documents satisfy a checklist? Upload up to 12 documents, pick a named checklist — income proof, lending pre-qualification, or rental application — or define your own, and it identifies each document by type and maps those types onto the required slots. You get back exactly which slots are filled and what is still missing.
It reports completeness coverage, not approval. A complete pack means the right document types are present, not that any document is genuine, current, or approved. The check is honest about its scope: it tells you the checklist is satisfied, not that the application should pass — to confirm a document is authentic, use the verifier.

Each document is classified
A single cheap read of the first page identifies each document’s type. It’s a classification, not a field-by-field extraction or a full multi-page read, so it stays fast and inexpensive.

A deterministic engine matches the identified types against the checklist’s slots, picking which document satisfies each required slot.

You get a slot-by-slot breakdown of what’s satisfied and what’s outstanding, plus any documents that didn’t match a slot.

Any uploaded documents that didn’t map onto a required slot, so nothing is silently dropped.

The pack check reports completeness coverage — that the right document types are present against a checklist. It does not confirm that any document is genuine, current, or approved. Treat a complete result as “the checklist is satisfied”, then verify individual documents where authenticity matters.

- Does it check the documents are genuine?
- No. It only confirms the right document types are present against a checklist — it does not assess whether any document is authentic, current, or unaltered. To check a document is genuine, use the verifier instead.
- Can I define my own checklist?
- Yes. Alongside the named schemes you can supply your own requirements — a list of required type names, or per-slot rules describing which types each slot accepts and whether it’s optional.
- How many documents can I send?
- Up to 12 documents per pack. Each is classified with a single page-one read, so a full pack stays fast and cheap to process.
- What does “complete” actually mean?
- It means every required slot in the checklist is satisfied by a document of an accepted type — completeness coverage. It is not a statement that the application is approved or that the documents are valid.
- Why was a document left unmatched?
- Its identified type didn’t correspond to any required slot in the checklist. Unmatched documents are listed separately so you can see what was sent but not needed — or spot a misclassification.
